you can't do that up here where i live, too many rocks, your tires just won't sink down, the problem is traction on steep inclines as a bunch of us local hikers saw yesterday as we hiked up a steep switch-back old road to the of a big hill in the woods when the owner of the mountian came down and lost traction while breaking on the rocks (he didn't mind us hiking on his property), our hike turned into a "bushwack" through laurel and over rain swollen runs to our destination
