If you want to get a bill passed or waste money, all one has to do is use the word patriot or terrorist in whatever you are doing and you can get away with what you want. That fence is ugly, a huge waste of money and utterly useless. Anybody can go over that fence or through it within minutes with a pair of bolt cutters. That project stinks of a political payoff to somebody.
