I don't know how to respond to that, other than I'll look into it and I hope your post didn't sabotage my effort. All I know is that it's left over from a 24-unit luxury townhouse development that was recently (finally) completed, as are the windows and the flooring, they are in my garage because we thought we'd use them ourselves one day, and that's how much my husband said they were.

What i BELIEVE he's getting at is that $1302 is the absolute highest price the tub costs new, from simplyplumbing.com and he's able to find them for $850 new, which seems to be the cheapest offered at whirlpool outlet. Either way at $650 I believe it would be a deal (if I had the cash I'd be buying this). Consider in shipping and most places are still over $1000. The cheapest I have found with shipping is $885.43 from efaucets.com
