Not too amazing if it's in the Preservation area. Nothing can be done with it, if I'm right. Also, has wetlands. Whoever is trying to sell this thinks there's a guy out there who just fell off a turnip truck with a lot of cash in his pocket.

The owner did live in this town, if he was the seller. If he's the buyer, he's in for a shock. He just bought land from Mr. Haney, never a good thing to deal with him.
