As is almost always the case, I normally wait for 1 qtr to pass before upgrading any software/firmware. From what I've heard, Adobe put it out a bit early to provide support for the newly announced Nikon's and Canon instead of updating V3, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense since those camera's haven't hit the street yet. The V4 beta was very short. Some nice updates and new features though.
