Has anyone ever heard of a town by the name of Mount? It was supposed to be located in Wharton State Forest.

Yep. It's located on Washington Rd east of Penn Swamp. From Quaker Bridge heading east, just past Penn Swamp, Washington Rd forks to the left. The road is narrow and a little rough but passable.

Mount is an intersection just NW of Washington, and SE of Quaker Bridge. The only structure there is a USGS station.

There is a well and some cellar holes there also.
