MTN Biking in Wharton

Does anybody have recommendations for long stretches of firm (less sandy) trails suitable for novice mountain biking in Wharton? I'm looking to come up with a couple of 15-20 miles loops, maybe around one on the west side of Rt 206 and one on the east.

I've managed to find some trials near west jersey bogs and near residential areas along Jackson Rd in Medford, but I'm wanting to go further afield - maybe around Jemima or along the Mullica or Batsto rivers.

Does anyone know if mountain bikes are allowed any part of the Bontana trail?

Ed, Batsto has a some trails. one is six miles and is pretty good and one is nineteen miles witch I haven't been on yet. You can pick up trail maps at the park office but the trail markings are not the best.

Good idea and resource.

Perhaps I'll post whatever additional loops I can come up with on mtbnj.com, that seems to be the spot.

Maybe I'll ride down to Batsto today on the big bike to pick up their maps too.
