The big ones are popping up all over in the usual places. This one was about 9" across.

My yard has exploded with several different types, more than I remember seeing before. Two weeks ago my 5 yr old son was playing in the yard collecting them while I was playing with the 2 yr old on the other side of the yard. I told Aidan to leave them the hell alone, they could kill him etc.

they make funny sounds when my lawnmower hits them. I like mushrooms, just don't preferthm in my law3n esp them dust bomb things that throw spores all over when the mower hits em. What kind of shrooms are they anyway?
