That is not new. It has been there for years. It is a private field most likely for the sand company.

First time I ever saw any reference to this yesterday. Searched for airports several times over the years.

Some very odd advertising for various servious out of this airport.

Well those ads wont work for that airport which I am sure you Know. We also know That No learjet Is going to land there.That made me laugh.Maybe Bobs plane can land there Not sure what he is flying:rolleyes:

I have imagery going back through 1995 and nothing has changed there at all since then. From the looks of it, I'm sure it was there long before then, although it isn't on the 1930 aerials. If you spent some time on historicaerials you could find out exactly when it first appeared.

I only started seeing it on google the other day when I was looking at a non buildable property up that way that is for sale.

So I then researched and found the airport number and was surpised as I have seen coyle field and army airport listed under FAA but not that one.

Thanks on my ipad at times and apparently as I just tried certain times on google maps certain layers dont appear.....happens also withother services that have layers.

Probably comes down to the lack of flash at some point.
