New Closure On Martha Road

We were out in the Swago Swamp this morning and when driving down Martha road we noticed they have recently blocked off the "swimming" area from motor vehicles. To me that is a good thing. The sand is entering the stream and the sides are washing away. That will continue to happen but at least vehicles will not be making it worse.

Agreed. To me this is the DEP doing the right thing: protect the resource without preventing access to the resource.
