Same old same old......

Isn't much of this new law a rehash of the existing law? Doesn't the part requiring that the vehicles be licensed, registered, insured etc already exist? :argh: I'm glad to see they are taking serious action with;

"In addition, damage to natural resources on public land that require restoration would draw a fine of five times the cost of restoration as estimated by the state Department of Environmental Protection. If an accused rider is younger than 17, the registered owner of the vehicle would be liable for those damages."

Im not crossing my fingers on this one. The state was supposed to have designated riding areas 5 years ago.
