Interesting they do not address in any way the primary cause of over-draw.

The stormwater runoff issue is something that has bothered me. When they make the reservoirs for road drainage they use the same sort of dirt that they use to repair roads in the pines. That does not allow the water to filter through. If they used some sort of sand you would see more efficient drainage. I see the one along Route 70 in Medford and the water level never drops.
