Ocean County Gunning and Decoy Show

The 29th Annual Ocean County Gunning and Decoy Show will take place, rain or shine, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 24 and from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 25 at Stanley H. “Tip” Seaman County Park and at Tuckerton Seaport, both on Route 9 in Tuckerton.
Free parking will be at Pinelands Regional High School, Nugentown Road, Little Egg Harbor, where free shuttle buses will take people to Tuckerton Seaport and Stanley H. "Tip" Seaman County Park.
Contests will take place at the park and vendors will be located at the park and at Tuckerton Seaport. Admission is free to the park and to Tuckerton Seaport that day.

Wow, What a great show this year. It was my best ever. Rain held off and had good crowds thru both Saturday and Sunday. The dock dog competition was a big draw and fun to watch. Also really enjoyed the awards ceremony seeing many deserved folks take home the Conklin award for lifetime of living in the traditional baymen/piney ways. Nice job to German and the entire Parks+rec. staff who made this happen once again!
