OSHA inspection report on a health complaint from 1990, case was closed in 1991. There are links to two citations that don't say much.
2008 lawsuit: "USA vs FRANK ROMANO, PAUL ROMANO, PIONEER SMELTING COMPANY, INC. and 125 ACRES OF LAND". You need an account (which I don't have) to view the details. Is this possibly due to not paying taxes on the property?
