So I have seen these guys both in the pines and up in Passaic county. I cannot manage to find an ID, even using the mighty Google. Any info would be very welcome, thanks.

Jason, I am fairly certain that is Epipactis helleborine. Not a Pinebarren native, but as my good friend Oji will say...becoming weedy 'round here.

Epipactis helleborine is a cool growing terrestrial orchid commonly found in the wild. The orchid originated in Europe, but is growing as an invasive species in forested areas of the United states and Canada. Could be a Variant
