Orchid?

I only saw this one cluster while kayaking above Goshen Pond. Is it an orchid?

That is Arethusa. Bobpbx said they are early this year.

Guy has it right. He is getting real good at identifying plants. That is my favorite because no two seem to be colored exactly alike, and they are very individual.
