Supporters of Parvin State Park are putting up $200 to find out who committed a crime spree there last month that included stealing copper pipes and breaking into a State Park Police squad room.
The worst damage was to the Thundergust Lake bathhouse, one of three such facilities. Every copper pipe was cut out, starting at the water main connection, officials said Wednesday.
Heather Ford, a spokeswoman for the Parvin State Park Appreciation Committee, said the group decided to put up the money because it was unsure whether the state would be able to offer a reward.
