Great plumage detail, got the subtle striations in the gray. I've often seen other birds harass hawks and owls, but never a hummingbird. The owl doesn't deign to notice the little guy.
Sorta like a Yorkie bugging a pitbull; saw that at the shelter. Little dog and pit being led past each other, both unneutered males. Little guy barks at enormous pit as if saying "I'm talking to you!": big dog calmly looks down at him with expression of "Seriously?" and walks past.
