I have been looking over the 1931 aerials, and noticed a planned development that I had never noticed before. It is right on Savoy Blvd in the area of Pioneer Smelting and all the way to Chatsworth (Shamong)itself. There is no trace of this one on current aerials unlike some.
It could be from this plan in the blocked area. Most likely not.
