On the front lawn of the Berkeley Township Historical Society there is a section of the track, which I am pretty sure is from the light rail at Double Trouble. They have a small cart on the track. It looks like the cart in your picture just behind the engine, minus the hopper.
Where is that at?

Oji, does the tractor run? I enjoy looking at old equipment and seeing its simple construction. I can see a laborer sitting in the hard seat just put-putting along. Very utilitarian!
There was, at one time, a large stack of rail at Double Trouble sitting next to the first building to the right, if you were walking in from the parking area.
