Take notice of this paragraph. Nothing wrong with preventing off road damage but you know with the PPA liking the change, things will spiral out of hand. It always does with them. Everyone needs to keep a watch on this to see where it goes.

During his seven years on the commission he has been known for his quiet demeanor and thoughtful, deliberative manner, on both routine and controversial applications and issues. He was one of the dissenting votes on both pipeline projects through the Pinelands, and was also an outspoken proponent of the commission taking a stronger role in preventing off-road vehicle damage in Wharton State Forest.

Good call IMO. There's no shortage of petitions across the political spectrum looking for signatures. Do you really want everyone to start posting links to them here? ;)
