The local fisherfolk caught in the middle of this dispute have my sympathies. It's not an easy way to make a living under the best of circumstances.
Rockall even has a music video from 1983 based on it, from the Icelandic group Mezzoforte. They're not a rock group, though, but an instrumental jazz-funk fusion band. One rarely sees music videos with guano-stained backgrounds, though it doesn't necessarily mean that the video deserves the same adjective that Hakai Magazine gave to Rockall. (It does have twenty-three thousand views on YouTube.)
