Sandhill Cranes !

Hi all. I am new to posting hear but have been following this forum off and on for a few years now. I just wanted to put it out there that I happen to come across a pair of Sandhill Cranes yesterday afternoon near Port Elizabeth, Cumberland County. Hear are a few shots I took. Enjoy.

Thanks John! Welcome to the site. I was looking over your photo's which are quite nice. I see you have a photo of Trachycarpus fortunel 'Bulgaria. A few years back we had a member here from Lawnside who was facinated by them and he went to Willingboro where you also went to photograph it. This link gets you right to his post.

Thanks Guy. I have never met Jeff in person but we have mutual friends. Those particular palms were planted around south Jersey by Steve Silberstein. I personally have around 15 Trachys in the ground at my place here in Dorchester, also needles, a few sabal species and a couple more hardy palm species. Subtropicals are one of my great interests.
