CLEMENTON — It was a sudden jolt, not enough to do any real damage, but an early morning earthquake rattled South Jersey residents Friday.The U.S. Geological Survey has confirmed that a 2.1-magnitude earthquake hit the area just before 12:15 a.m. in an area centered around Clementon.
Residents in nearby communities likeClementon, Lindenwold,Pitman, Cherry Hill, Blackwood and Sewell reported feeling the earthquake.
