Another update. The low areas have increased by an inch, I am on the edge of the 5" zone now. Lots more snow in some of the Northern areas.

I drained and stored my snowblower in March 2018. Don't see any reason to put it into service now. 
One way or the other I was running mine today. Like yours, mine has been stored two years. I put mine to bed with a half tank of fuel with Sta-Bil added. craked the electric start for about ten seconds and Vroom. Took about a minute of running with full choke until it would run in the normal mode.

I am too. If you are slightly to the East, you are on the lower side of the ledge. If you are to the West you are on the ledge.
