Here are a few photo's that you may be interested in. While on vacation my daughters and I visited the Hope Cemetery in Barre Vermont that I was told was started by the employes of the "Rock of Ages" granite quarry. And in fact many of the stones there depict the individual men and their particular skills that they had at the quarry. There are also stones from others who obviously were in other occupations that are just as interesting.

We also visited a haunted covered bridge in Stowe Vermont at night as a thunderstorm was moving in.

On the lake where my relatives have a home there is a log cabin being built. From the boat I took these photo's of it.

This photo shows my kids and on the left you can see my relatives house. It is for sale if you are interested and have $400,000.

Just outside of town on a remote road a man built his dream home in the form of a castle. You can visit it on weekends but we were not able to get there then. This photo was taken at dusk.

With the help of a riding lawn mower my daughters and I mowed my relatives grass before they came for the weekend. My favorite photo.

On the 4th they have a traditional parade that includes a local Theater company that area somewhat political. Usually they poke fun a politicians and such but they are quite entertaining. This photo shows one of the leaders on stilts and he is high enough that he ducks when he comes to the electrical lines across the road.

I do like that first picture, yes, and the second as well. I need to have some film developed of a Russian cemetery I recently visited that I think you'll also find interesting.
The castle is really cool!
