South Toms River

Hi Everyone!
In South Toms River, near 1st Ave, between the ball fields and the power lines in Manitou are tall concrete structures that have been there at least since 1940 according to Historic Aerials.
Any Info?

The property is owned by the Boro of South Toms River

There was a cement/concrete company in that area, also made cinder block I think. They are similar to the 'towers' at Empire Blended Products in Berkeley near the land Ocean County parks recently purchased.
