I am a little worried about the Pancoast Road idea. That puts in near Lawrence #13. I believe it will not effect it directly, but will make it easier to access or find. As Bob said they are wasting their time. In a few years they will "forget" to keep up with the growth and the fire will blaze right through it. And even if they don't, it still will.
