Good to hear. It's a shame that the County has to compesate for the horrendous inadequacy of our lovely State of NJ.
Rt.654, but for all those years traveling it from 1984 to 2007 to go my marina on Great Bay Boulevard i never have seen a sign.

I think that's been a matter of dispute. The recreational center of Bass River SF is (realistically) only accessible via Stage Road. With thousands of people flocking there during the Summer, it would only be the right thing for the State to repair it.
