My wife and I were just up at the Water Gap the other day. I know she would have died and I would have soiled myself if we saw a bear.
On the subject of bears, what’s the status of bears in the Pinelands. Have there been any confirmed sightings?

Yes. There is an article in the Newspaper secton where one was spotted in downtown Atlantic City. There also was a video of one shown on the news from Savoy Blvd in Chatsworth, where it was videotaped in their back yard at night. I saw that one on the news.
Many other genuine sighting too.
