To close out the summer season, some discoveries from the previous few months.

Bog asphodel - thanks to forum members here who helped me find a population of it.

Golden-crest, or neverwet as I think it's colorfully described in John McPhee's book.

Carnivorous things...

Some other niceties...

"Blue Curls" or "Bastard Pennyroyal" if I'm not mistaken. Common, but pretty:

Arrowroot, I think?

Ah, you are right - I had confused golden crest and golden club. Thank you for the identifications!

Nice camera. It has a lot of things in focus in the front along with nice soft fading into the rear.
