Quoting from sub-headline of article:

That seems a little bit like saying that a drowning man might be discouraged from continuing to swim if life-saving devices were made available. When future historians look back at the demise of traditional small farming in Tabernacle, the cannabis industry will barely rate a footnote. At most, cannabis horticulture would be a symptom of the underlying problems facing small farming here and elsewhere.

I don't know if her farm is one, but those farms who get in bed with the state and conservation non-profits by taking money from them in a promise to remain a working farm, should not then be allowed to grow things in buildings. Open space shoud be open, for the visual aspect. That's what it's all about in my opinion.
