I have been informed that the Tall Pines Buck Club located across from the Ocean Spray driveway in Chatsworth has been sold to what I have been told is a house flipper. I dug up the deed and on May 26, 2023 A&A Investments LLC acquired the property for $55,000. Since 1/21/1957 the Tall Pines Buck Club has owned at least a portion of the current property having purchased it from D. Arthur Dersch and Gertrude S. Dersch.

In your pic the structure is over the property line.
I see this frequently looking at parcels in TN.
How accurate do you think these lines are?
 
They can be off as much as 100 feet. I would never trust them. They give a good general idea of the property location.
 
It's odd to me because they always seem to accurately mark the roadway but run yet right thru occasional structures.
