There were lots of critters about this morning

My first one.(not an orchid)
 
Rattlers seem to be encounterd more frequently by forum members then in the past.It seems almost weekly someone is putting a Rattler pic here.I wonder if we are seeing an increase in population or just more members carrying cameras with them.I have only seen one live rattler in the barrens my whole life but folks here seem to be happening on them a lot lately.

Jessica and I spent the morning walking about 4 miles looking for various things. On our route we found this huge Rattlesnake skin.

You can see it in front of her. It was at least 5 feet long.

We also saw this spider making a web.

There is that posibility but the end of it sure looked like there was evidence of a ratttle shape. Jessica felt the same way. I don't have a closeup.
