I guess the money we spend on licenses such as fishing, hunting, and the extra permits for everything under the sun is not enough to pay for these things. Oh and don't forget the Robertson pittson act money too. Nope we have to dip into other money for preservation. Got to love this state.

And voters need to read and understand what they are voting for. Vote with knowledge, not emotion.
