I hiked the Batona Trail on Friday near Batsto and Saturday in Bass River. A few downed trees here and there, but nothing too significant. I would expect conditions would be similar in Brendan Byrne.
Before the storm hit I did see that Martha Furnace Bridge on the Batona Trail (wooden bridge about two miles south of Evans Bridge) had partially collapsed and the bridge now looks like a roller coaster ramp. I don't expect it will be too long before that bridge collapses into the Oswego River and the Batona Trail gets cut off at that point.
