* HAZARDS...WIND.
* WINDS...NORTHWEST WILL GUST TO NEAR 50 MPH.
* TIMING...STRONGEST GUSTS SHOULD OCCUR BETWEEN 10 PM AND 3 AM.
* IMPACTS...SCATTERED TREE BRANCHES WILL PROBABLY BREAK AND CAUSE POWER OUTAGES. HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES WILL BE STRONGLY AFFECTED... ESPECIALLY ON NORTH-SOUTH ROUTES AND OVER ANY BRIDGE CROSSINGS.
