Karen Riley, author of "Whispers in the Pines," the book about Colliers Mills that I reviewed a few years ago, has a new book published through Plexus - "Voices in the Pines."
There's a launch party on May 3, 2009 at Buzby's in Chatsworth from 2-5pm. You'll be able to pick up a signed copy of the book, meet the author and some of the people in the book, meet yours truly, and sample some delicious cranberry themed desserts.

I've read a pre-release copy (a short review I penned is on the back cover!) and it's really a good book. Anybody interested in stories of the people who live in the Pines will find this book enjoyable.
