What is this thing on Elwood Road?

I've wondered for years exactly what the large white sensor tower thing on Elwood Road north of the White Horse Pike is. I'm guessing the answer isn't all that exciting.

May be a VOR station. (VHF omnidirectional range), a navigation tool for aircraft.

From what I can tell the area is the National Aviation Facilities Experimental Center Long Range Radar Site. It IS a radome.
