Definitely airplanes. There are some old threads where people posted everytime they found a plane on Google Maps. Here's one of them, although Google has updated their imagery and the planes are no longer there.

Two Planes 660 ft Apart
39.289430° -75.159584° I tried to post a KMZ file but it is unsupported.Go to these coords in Google Earth.One plane is here and the other is 660 NNE from this one.I have never found two planes so close together before.They look identical.
