Good luck with the new Family memberIt's beginning to creep. Let it do whatever, got some venison steaks, a 14lb turkey and all the goodies to go with it, plus a new pup to keep me entertainedSafe travels to whomever is crazy enough to go drive in it.

Thanks, he is a rescue from Golden Retriever Rescue NJ. He's been with us since Saturday, name is Max, which may be changed to Mad Max soon

This one does. He's had a tough life. A 3 year old, 77 lbs. He is starting to trust us and get comfortable, but it will take some time. We have had Britt's over the last 28 years, first retriever for us.
We had our first snow of the season this morning, about 1/2". It wasn't in the forecast and looked like a really isolated tiny blip on the radar. It's already melting but light flurries are still coming down.
it has been snowing on and off here since about 8am, now 4pm; decks, trees and grass covered. Nor'easter on the way; it is said spots up north may get up to 18".

The forecasts I've seen show temperatures rising into the 50's and upper 40's (or maybe the grammar police would say 50s and 40s??
