Wishing for snow in the pines

i would like to see a large snow fall here in nj, but......it seems the state is too quick to declare a "state of emergency" prohibiting "all except emergency vehicles" to be on the road. it would be my luck to meet up with a law enforcement officer that was not in a good mood
