I have really been interested in the Forges and Furnaces of the pine Barrens lately, and i am wondering if the above two places are on private property, and if there is anything to see at them ? Slag ? Ruins ?
Are you referring to Phoenix Forge formerly located in Lakehurst (Manchester)? I know there were two there, so the Wright's Forge you mention may be the other? I haven't thought about them for a while, so I can't recall the other iron works name.
