This Saturday, November 18, is Youth Firearm Deer Hunt Day. Youths with a valid Youth Firearm Hunting License have the opportunity to harvest a deer prior to the opening of the regular firearm hunting seasons. No special season deer permit is required, and antler point and "antlerless deer first" requirements do NOT apply. Youths must be under the direct supervision of a person who is at least 21 years old who has a valid firearm license.
