Its been a while. I know this is an old thread, but I was doing some exploring today, and I have passed by this place quite a bit. It is now known as Lenape Farms WMA and is open to explore. I believe the state acquired it last year. According to the Nature Conservancy it is over 5000 acres. I remember it as a private hunting preserve.
