12th Annual Lines in the Pines

I had a great time at this event this year (as always) and spent entirely too much money on pine barrens books (as always). Thanks to a last minute invite to share his table, got to spend the day with Kayak Karl talking hiking and backpacking with folks that wandered on by, which was a blast. I haven't ever done a table at an event before, so it was an experience.

Proud that he didn't bolt. He kept saying he knew it was just a person, but he looked like he was trying to convince himself of that more than me.

A new Jersey Devil book to continue the Jersey Devil pop culture thread? Yes please.

Good seeing some folks from the board today as well!

I didn't know that was you. I saw both of you. I was using your balloon to entertain my 10 month old who was fussy the whole time.

And what a fine job your kid did of getting that balloon.

You're braver than I am, the one year old was such a wreck last year that he stayed home this year and I just brought the older one (who had a grand time making frogs and snakes at the Jenkinson's Aquarium table).

I was invited back for next year, so come say hi then. I'll bring the balloon.
