At the very least, it may be a good idea to speak up at a public town meeting about this dog. If it is true that he has bitten other people, I find it outrageous that nothing is being done about it.

I agree that it is quite negligent to leave a known biting dog with its owners. It's even more negligent of the owners. I will be interested to see what happens if you pursue this.

I would imagine it will not be with its owners after this incident. I am betting the town has a policy or guideline about vicious dogs. Better talk to the local animal control to get the information on that dog and what the rules are before you hire a lawyer.

I humbly suggest that you consider the incredibly harmful aspects of eating fast foods. (Watch "Super Size me" and you will understand). Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly before eating. It's that simple. Eat more of those and less Wendy's. You seriously could not be doing yourself any more...
