    Music for the day

I like that one too Mark. Sirius Outlaw Country plays a heavily banjo laden version that is first rate. I can't remember who does it though. You'd make a damn fine hillbilly cruising the pines and blasting that tune. Except of course for that Toyota Land Thingamobob and the North Jersey...

I just had to post this.

I am with you Bob, although I don't think we need additional legislation to cure it. I was doing some centerline control surveying a few weeks ago on 322 outside of Glassboro last month and the number of people texting and driving scared me and pissed me off at the same time. People had no...

    Music for the day

Very nice voice. I think I would like Simple Man even if it was played by chimpanzees.

    Eaten Alive

I would have had to jump in and help Mr. Frog. Frogs good, snakes bad. :)

    Beer (again)

I find, I mean I heard that the Leggs brand is smilax resisitant. :)

    Beer (again)

Be very careful Bob. It starts by drinking a girl's beer like Coors Light and the next thing you know you're wearing pantyhose because you hear it helps keep the chiggers away. Then, a skirt starts looking good because it looks like it would give you more freedom while tromping around in the...

    Jemima Mount

Try Blueberry Hill off US Ave. in Gibbsboro where I grew up. It is a pine/oak woodland and has a clear view of the Philadelphia skyline at the top. The Borough's trail system leads to the top.

    Beer (again)

Hops and Grapes in Glassboro is supposed to be a great store for the micros. I have never been there but I know a few guys who go there and they say it is a great place.

    Beer (again)

To test Yuengling , buy a six pack of mix and match micros from Canal's in Berlin. Make sure your mix and match sixer at least has a Troeginator, a Stoudts Double IPA and anything from Dogfish Head or Lagunitas in it. Throw your car keys out the window and pull yourself up some floor. Open...

    Beer (again)

I am on it sir. I'll check Canal's Berlin and the Rio Grande store. Rio has a lot of things that Berlin doesn't have. I bought Barbancourt rum there last weekend and Berlin didn't carry it.

    Flying Squirrel

Cool shots Bob. I recognize those eyes. Looks like mine after a few Old Grandads and a Trogenator wash down.

    Turkey Beard forest

They could be British Soldier lichens without their festive red helmets IMHO. (first photo) It's possible that they are pixie cup, based on the second moss photo.

    Beer (again)

4 Troegenators? @ 8.4% alchohol each and then the Rogue ? Yee Hawww ! That's the equivalent of 8 regular beers or a case of Girls Light. As for juniper beer, never had it but it doesn't sound too good to me. I don't like gin and gin is made from juniper berries so I would pass on that myself.

    Wharton Wet And Wild

Jim, I don't think he is regularly open to the public. He owns a printing company in Berlin and has the donkeys as a hobby. They may however be for sale since I have given a few lost souls directions to the palce who had mistakenly turned onto Wharton Ave back in my woods. His father used...

    Franklin Parker Preserve ?

I inquired and I am on a list. I was advised that it moves VERY slowly. You need to have a million liability. I have explored the area north and west of Chatsworth Lake a few times and that is where I inquired about hunting. From my touring of that area it looks like there are very few...

    Beer (again)

Let me be the first to get the thread back on track. I apologize if I may have steered off course at one time or another in this worthy thread. This weekend I tried a summer ale by Troegs. It is called Sunshine Pils and is noted as a "crisp, hoppy, pilsner " on the label. I never had a bad...

    Beer (again)

Group hug everyone. Ahhhhhh, that's better. Back to beer. Wouldn't you give your left one to have an Ortlieb's as you watch the Phillies today? Joe's beer. Plain, cheap, simple and very little taste Borrowed a lot of those from neighborhood parents' refrigerators as a youngster. Other...
