    looking for GPS unit Recommendations

I have the Magellan "Meridian GPS" I payed 129.00 for it. It has expandable memory(which requires a memory card at addional cost) and you can download map data and waypoints to it with the cable that comes with it. The map data that comes with it is pretty weak but but you can add to it using...

    Caution For Ebay Participants

While I was able to figure out the title of one of his books as "Forgotten Towns of Southern New Jersey" by it's description the photo of the book is set to obscure the title. This is shadey IMHO and I would not buy from him for that reason. I would say he gets positive feed back because he...

Very interesting Guy. I have been to that ruin but do not know what it was. I've never seen the bottle and ceramic area that is in your photos but there is another area near by that has a lot of broken dishes. The area looks like a party spot and the dishes may have come from the spot you found...

    1931 map

All, The "State of New Jersey 1931 Official Road Map" I won on ebay is really nice. It measures approx. 18 x 36 and is on heavy paper. It's in pretty good shape. It is yellowed and one crease is worn. It is a beautifully done map and I can't do it justice here so you will have to see it on...

    "Forsaken Calico"

"Forsaken Calico, most elusive of the Lost Towns, was found only after many persistent expeditions." ~ Henry Charlton Beck ~ Well he should have had the "State of New Jersey 1931 Official Road Map". (won on Ebay and recieved today) The map is in very good shape. I will bring it along on our...
