I drove on Kings Highway through Haddonfield yesterday and it looked like a tornado went through. You never saw so many downed trees. In the Upper Pittsgrove area, trucks and trailers were blown over on their sides.

Happened to be at the Flying-W in Medford for the 3-day hot air balloon event, which obviously was cancelled and I haven't seen it come down like that in years. I don't know the total accumulation, but it was amazing to watch.

Removing AM based on electrical interference is BS. AM is typically conservative talk radio and religious broadcasting. That there is the real reason(s). AM, by nature, picked up interference from everything. Using AM radio was sometimes the best forecasting to know when you're getting close...

Aren't they forecasting more for today?

We got lucky, as the majority of that was south of us.

For radar, RadarScope is probably the best, but costs some coin. For quick radar view, I like RadarNow and/or RainAlarm, both for Android.
